Dr. Szegdy-Matzak maintains a very dry composure when he delivers his lectures, yet it is strangely appealing and makes you want to absorb more information. So, no clever tricks here.  Just straight facts on a fascinating subject area. There is exce ... more

Loved this class.  The instructor was easy to understand, and the subject material was interesting for us history nerds!  The tests were not difficult, particularly, and the readings were from source material...Thucydides, Plutarch, Homer, etc. I sup ... more
